The customized dust catcher are composed by the filter chamber housing, clean air chamber enclosure, filter bag, filter cage, pulse injection device, ash hopper, screw conveyor and discharger, etc. At the end, it needs centrifugal fan for power system. In another type of dust catcher, the dedusting job can be done by every chamber isolation. The every chamber of the pulse and soot cleaning cycle by soot cleaning program controller.

Offline gas tank pulse bag filter
CNPC type bag filter mainly apply to the high dust concentration and large air volume application. Adopt to the chamber cleaning. One of chambers is being cleaned while other chambers doing filtration work.

Large size offline pulse bag filter
The large size pulse jet bag type dust collectors mainly deal with a large volume of dusty gases, such as exhausted gases from cement plant with 5000T per day cement clinker production, 300T electric furnace, 2500m³ blast furnace steel plant and power plant whith 1000T waste incineration daily capacity. As the large filter area and different application, the design and manufacture are quite different with the small dust catcher.
